We offer our customers Free Delivery on all orders over $500. Customers also have the option of picking up their order from our warehouse located on 21 Antares Dr in Nepean Ontario.
Delivery Options Overview
Minerva Medical offers reliable delivery options tailored to the size and nature of your order. Depending on the shipment type, we use Purolator for smaller parcel deliveries and trusted local carriers for larger shipments such as boxes or pallets.
To continue offering competitive pricing on all of our products, free shipping is only available on orders over $500. Orders below this threshold will include a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Product Availability & Backorders
While we strive to keep all listed items in stock, some products may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to high demand or supply chain delays. Once your order is placed, a member of our team will review it and reach out to confirm availability.
If any item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly with expected restock timelines and offer available alternatives where possible. You’ll have the option to proceed with the rest of your order, wait for the item to become available, or request a refund for the out-of-stock product.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At Minerva Medical, we take pride in the quality of the products we offer. As a general policy, all sales are considered final. However, in rare instances where a product is found to be defective or an incorrect item was ordered, we may offer an exchange or refund at our discretion.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at cs@minervamedical.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and a clear photo of the defective product.
In the subject line of your email, please write:

Once we receive your request and the returned item (if applicable), our team will conduct a thorough inspection. You will be notified via email within a reasonable time whether a refund or exchange will be issued. If approved, we will either issue a replacement or refund the purchase price using your original method of payment.
Incorrect Items Received
If you receive an item that is not the one you originally meant to order, please contact us at cs@minervamedical.ca with your order number, a photo of the item(s) received, and a description of the discrepancy.

In such cases, you may be required to return the incorrect item(s) to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Alternatively, returns can be dropped off at our designated location during business hours.
A Product May Not Be Accepted for Return or Exchange If:
- The product is not in its original condition (e.g., used, damaged, or altered).
- Any original components are missing (e.g., accessories, manuals, packaging).
- The item was not purchased directly from Minerva Medical.
- The return request was not initiated within the allowable return window.
- The product was marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- The product was returned without prior authorization from our support staff.
- The item has been exposed to unsanitary conditions or shows signs of misuse.
- The customer refuses to cover return shipping costs when applicable, or fails to drop off the return as agreed.
